By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Appointments

Appointments are recommended to ensure availability and allow sufficient time for your dog’s grooming requirements.

Please arrive at the agreed appointment time. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible so the appointment can be offered to another customer.

Dog Health and Welfare

The health, safety and wellbeing of your dog is our highest priority.

Owners are responsible for advising us of any:

• Medical conditions
• Allergies
• Injuries
• Behavioural concerns
• Recent surgeries or treatments

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect our ability to safely provide grooming services.

Aggressive or Difficult Behaviour

For the safety of all pets and people involved, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a grooming session if a dog displays aggressive, dangerous or excessively stressed behaviour.

Any decision made will always be based on the welfare of the dog and the safety of those handling it.

Vaccinations

Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is appropriately vaccinated and in good general health prior to attending appointments.

Fleas and Parasites

If fleas or other parasites are discovered during grooming, additional treatment or cleaning procedures may be required.

Additional charges may apply where extra time, products or cleaning are necessary.

Matted Coats

Matted coats can cause significant discomfort and may present health risks.

Where severe matting is present, clipping the coat short may be the safest and most humane option. While every effort will be made to achieve the desired result, coat condition may limit the grooming styles that can be safely performed.

Additional charges may apply for heavily matted coats due to the additional time and care required.

Grooming Results

Every dog is different and grooming results may vary depending on:

• Coat condition
• Coat type
• Behaviour
• Previous grooming history
• Health considerations

While we will always strive to achieve the requested style, the comfort and wellbeing of the dog will take priority.

Payment

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

Prices displayed on this website are indicative only and may vary depending on the size, coat condition, behaviour and grooming requirements of each dog.

Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable care is taken when handling and grooming your dog, Superb Dog Grooming will not be liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage except where required by law.

Owners acknowledge that grooming involves the use of sharp tools and equipment and that some risks may exist, particularly where dogs have pre-existing health conditions, skin issues or behavioural concerns.
